Returns and exchanges

Return and exchange of goods purchased by remote method is carried out within 7 days from the moment of receipt of the order (clause  4 of Article  26.1 of the Law on Consumer Rights)

Return and exchange of goods purchased in an offline shop is made within 14 days from the moment of purchase (Article 25 of the Consumer Protection Act).

The exchange and return of products is possible provided that the product has been returned:

• has not been used;
• its trade dress, consumer properties, factory labels have been preserved;
• there is a sales or cash voucher or other document confirming payment.
